How do I get the tiny pill into 16ths? Well, it's already indented to

break into halves (for dogs), so first I do that. Then I take a half and

slice it two or three times from the side, so it's now thinner waferlike

piecees. Then I chop/dice those as small as I can. Then, I smash it all

into a powder. (You can't do this for starters. It is a very hard pill.)

I push it all into a uniform pile, separate the pile into two with the

knife blade. Separate those two piles so now there are four equal piles.

Then separate each little pile again to end up with 8 little piles. I smash

them flat to be sure they are about the same amount, equalize if necessary.

Then pick up each pile by pressing a fingertip (not too dry or it won't

stick) down on it, so it sticks to my finger - and finally put each dose into

a small plastic jar that my husband gets with his contact lens cleaner.

It only takes a few minutes once you get the hang of it. Not exactly

convenient, but infinitely better than having spells!

Regarding the suggestion of Armour because it's natural - I tried that

and even in 1/16 doses it gives me spells. Including blood pressure shooting

up. My homeopath and I both figure it's because it is from pigs who died

with their little hearts pounding in terror. That I'm pick up that energetic

quality that's present in the Armour.

Two medical intuitives have told me that I don't have enough " screening, "

that I take in the energy of everything I am exposed to. One of them said I

have the least screening of anyone she's ever read for. Not an enviable

distinction!

I have added cod liver oil to my diet alright, though. Pretty convinced

after reading Dr. Price's book NUTRITION AND PHYSICAL DEGENERATION, and

Fallon's book, that I need it to get stronger. My homeopath says that the

nervous system of a fish is not very related to ours, so I don't react to

that.

Now I am tackling electrical pollution! With my resistance (perhaps

literally, an electrician told me) down, I am more sensitive than ever to

dirty electricity EMF and " stray voltage " that we have. Stray, my foot.

It's just cheaper for the electric co. to use everybody's land to conduct the

electricity back to the substation than it would be to provide the proper

wiring.

A fellow electrically-sensitive person has come and done some

oscilloscope readings, indoors and out, and it was quite an eye opener.

Working on the fixes now.

Always seems to be one more thing....
