Guest guest
Just looking for an opinion folks :-) . .. Would you pay $200 to be in the 14th annual " Pumpkin Patch Festival " craft show that expects a draw of about 14,000-18,000 people .. and I'd be the only soap/aromatherapy lady there cause they make it an " exclusive show " . meaning they won't take a bunch of folks doing the same thing, to keep competition to a minimum and variety to a maximum .. *Smile* Chris (list mom) Home Of The Best Smelling Autumn Incense Available http://www.alittleolfactory.com

Guest guest
I think she was pulling our chains... don't you? What a thrill to be in a craft show with that kind of traffic, with no one else doing soaps/aromatherapy. The only drawback I can think of is having to make all those tons of soap before the show! I have two shows coming up before Christmas, and neither has that kind of traffic. But I'm still making soap everyday anyhow to prepare. Good for you Chris! How exciting! I hope you have a big van or a trailer or something to haul all your inventory! When is it planned? And where will it be? Sorry, but I don't know/remember what part of the country you're in. Guest guest
Oh c'mon ;-p I know it SOUNDED like a silly question .. but I'm not used to spending more than like $35 on a show I get all nervous about putting out that kind of money and standing there all day . I get paranoid I'll not make it back kinda thing . ya know . Okay, okay, I need a cattle prod sometimes .. now I just feel goofy *teehee* And I HAD a Ford Explorer, that is now in the shop with $13,000 in damage from that accident Labor Day Weekend, that the insurance company is paying to fix, but it'll be another few weeks before I get her back . so maybe I can borrow my FIL's or mom's boyfriend's pickup truck . The show is by Chatfield Park in the Denver Metro Area of Colorado October 12th and there is a spot left just for me if I want it (well as of today, and the lady put the form in the mail for me today, said I'll get it tomorrow, and said to mail it back ASAP *Sheepish Grin* Chris http://www.alittleolfactory.com Leela [leelagold] Thursday, September 26, 2002 4:18 PM Re: Would You Do It?
