Butch~

I have not found a way around it and deleting all their spam (* & !^)

is getting old fast.

Perhaps someone out there is smarter than this ole gal and can figure

a way around it, that has escaped me. I sure hope so.

Janet Golden-Hogan fed into the conspiracy theory with:

I found a way. I bought a website and run my lists off it, versus .

:-) Of course, I still get SPAM from being on lists like this one, but you

can't win 'em all!

Hey...nice signature Janet! Don't mind if I steal it! *Bwahahaha*

Hi y'all,

I think I recall reading somewhere that a lot of the SPAM we get is a

result of being on a list. I went to their Privacy Policy to see

what I could do to deny them use of my email address, but it appears

that if you want to use , you have to let them have their way.

Am I reading this wrong? Is there a way to get around these s?

Thanks .. Butch http://www.AV-AT.com

Butch...change all your marketing preferences to NO. It won't keep it

all out but it should cut it down significantly. Also if you normal email

accounts (pop3) that are being spammed, there's a lil piece of software

called MAILWASHER that will block alll spam from your inbox before it

reaches it. Takes about 2-3 days to completely have the filters set to

maximal filtering...but is well worth it. HTH ~Fawn~
