Guest guest
Hi y'all, Sounds like what's happening is the subject above ... and I agree that Lavender is calming .. Lavandula angustifolia that is .. NOT Lavandula stoechas .. it is more antimicrobial but it is also energizing. Rose Otto is a super-nice oil for mellowing out .. as is Neroli. But the best thing for panic or anxiety attacks is to try to calm down and take a few deep breaths .. if its not a medical problem (and odds are GREAT that its not) then we can effectively talk our way through them when we decide we can effectively talk our way through them. They can make one feel they are suffocating .. that's because the one suffering the attack is, without knowing it, hyperventilating .. and not getting enough oxygen. The worse thing that could happen .. and I mean the WORSE thing .. is to pass out. When that happens, breathing will return to normal. All this is presupposing no medical problems ... that is, that the problem is emotional .. which it almost always is. Guest guest
Hi Butch, Thanks for your info. My symptoms vary depending on the situation. Most of the time I get these " tremors " as I described in the earlier post. Maybe I need something for tension or relaxing muscles? lelakumi , Butch Owen <butchbsi@s...> wrote: > Hi y'all, > > Sounds like what's happening is the subject above ... and I agree that > Lavender is calming ..
