Sandy,

If you send postage, I will send you a free jar of my Herbacine Ointment to see

if it works on that. ?

Depending on how you want it sent, [if you want it], if in a padded envelope

with no confirmation, which means I can't send you another if you don't get it,

it will cost about $1.50 I think, with confirmation, it's $4.50

Here's to healthy skin!

Here is a link with references to calendula salve, reputed by the author to

help with seborrhea. She gives ingredients and directions.

Hi Margo,

Diet is always the place to start with skin issues. Sometimes seborrhea

can be caused by a B vitamin deficiency. Essential fatty acids are

important too - such as those found in Evening Primrose and Flax Seed.

The need for Vitamin A is also something to consider if the skin is

particularly dry all over.

Also, with any skin disorders like that - a series of colonics might

want to be considered to clean out the body's " sewage system " per se -

as the skin is the largest excretory organ of the body and if it has

issues, many times the body is saying there is something not right

inside and its manifesting itself as a skin disorder.

I know someone who made a scalp rub out of a base of calendula infused

Jojoba, and a few drops of Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia or L.

stoechas) and Rosemary (Rosemarinus officinalis) essential oils added to

it and some vitamin E oil.

If it were me I'd also look into some herbal teas, such as red clover,

maybe cleavers ....

I hope that puts a few ideas out there to look into further :)
