I'll pick up some oregano leaves at my next trip to the health food co-op. I definitely want to try this on my granddaughter's hair. -- Sandy
Guest guest
I got this off the Internet, but haven't tried it. HAIR DETANGLER Formula 1/2 cup fresh oregano leaves 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 cup water ---------- ---- Instructions In a saucepan, heat all ingredients together on low and let simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and strain mixture to remove particles and let solution cool. When cool, pour solution into spray bottle. After shampooing and conditioning hair as usual, spray the solution directly into the hair, saturating the strands and the scalp. Comb through hair and leave on. Life Makes 1.2 cup. Refrigerate. Discard after 3 days. P.S.: I happen to have some fresh, organic Greek Oregano. E-mail me off-list if you're interested. --k - " Sandy Fields " <diamonique Sunday, September 08, 2002 10:54 AM Herbal Detangler? > Are there any herbs that can be steeped to make a tea to use as a > detangling rinse for hair? > > -- Sandy > > > > How To Make Rose Petal Jam - Step By Step Instructions > http://www.av-at.com/stuff/rosejam.html > > To Un send a blank e-mail to: - > > > >
