OT: Car Accident!

Glad everything finally turned out to be nothing more than a major

inconvenience.

Good you weren't driving that piece of cardboard you traded in for that

fine Ford Explorer - huh? ;-p

Right that is .. but you might want to talk to your lawyer about this.

Go on record as best you can .. and if they now or later decided that

some action is warranted, they should work on a commission basis .. not

paid unless they collect something. I wouldn't assume that a drunk

driver who pulls a hit and run in a stolen car means you don't have

legal recourse. This person deserves a bit of hassle.

Right on .. that's what big vehicles do for us .. and you're fortunate

that you have collision insurance too.
