Agree with you in that regard .. there is tradition with the plant. I

wouldn't recommend anything - but I recommend folks follow Barbara's

studies. Someone has to make moves on such research and she has done

well .. she has a few medical types out doing it too. Dr. Chuck is one

of the orchestrators. I think there are a bunch of groups doing the

experiments independently and then getting together to discuss the

results. Some of it is published and some has been briefed in various

forums.

 

But finding the leaves or fruit (there are no berries) might not be easy

for some folks .. its a Suthran Hemi plant .. found in great abundance

in Suthran Turkey and Greece .. and Northern Cyprus. There's some lower

class stuff found in Croatia too .. but the best is Turkish and Greek.

 

As for recommending .. I rarely do that .. I provide testimonials. And

I ain't gonna provide a personal testimonial for Vitex agnus castus

cause of the name of it Chaste Tree .. men sniff it and the first thing

happens is they get an upset stomach .. second thing is they lose their

sexual desire .. so I don't sniff it. ;-p
