Business Networking announcement/OT

Hi all

 

I believe it was only last week that there was a networking bash! Well, they

are having another one at the end of the week for 36 hours this time! If you

are in business and want to meet, greet and perhaps get's some hints etc. you

might want to join in. I know some of you did, I hope you enjoyed it.

 

At anyrate, I'm going to post the blurb now, and again on Thursday before it

starts, so as to take up as little of your time and Chris' list as possible.

36 HOUR SUMMER NETWORKING BASH 2 SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY, AUGUST 15

 

The International Virtual Women's Chamber of Commerce (

http://www.ivwcc.com ) will hold another virtual summer networking

bash on Thursday, August 15. The response to the previous impromptu

networking event was overwhelming. The invitation went out 7 hours

before the event. 100 women from around the globe gathered to network

for 24 hours straight.

 

The complimentary networking event will begin at 10 a.m. eastern and

end on Friday, August 16 at 10 p.m. eastern. Businesswomen from around

the globe can introduce themselves and network for 36 hours. An

additional 12 hours has been added to allow more international

businesswomen to participate. The Chamber's CEO, Board of Directors,

and Ambassadors will be on hand to greet guests.

 

If you would like to participate, send a blank email to

ivwccopenhouse- and start working on your

business introduction. Guests are invited to introduce themselves and

promote their companies to the hilt. Virtual business cards in a JPG

format can be uploaded during the event.

 

The networking event will be conducted via a private email list. You

must to participate. You can either read and post messages

using your email software (Outlook/Eudora/ Etc.), by logging directly

into your email account or on the web at
