I have to add my two cents here. I have one of these beauties and I AM

ADDICTED! I've been helping a friend move into a house she just bought and

when I'm tired and sore, I pop this baby in the microwave for a minute and

slap it on my sore spot and I'm good to go within 20 minutes. I like it

so much better than a traditional heating pad because it's flexible and

forms around the body part I'm putting it on.

 

I highly recommend them-and they're a steal at the price she offers!

Affordable and therapuetic to boot-what more can you ask!
