Guest guest
I know this is WAY off topic, but there are so many Moms here I thought someone could help. Does anyone know where to get a Maya wrap sling? Or have a pattern to make one? I have an OTSBH and it was fine for my first son in the winter, but I'm going to the Midwest this summer and can't see carrying Jordan in that hot thing. I'd really like a pattern the best, I found the most wonderful lightweight cotton fabric and bought the rest of the bolt I loved it so much. Thank you, Michele

Guest guest
I<< Maya Wrap is the BEST baby sling IMHO >> I'm going to have to second that oppinion - I got one before my baby was even born (after seeing Chris with her wee one in a sling and thinking how nifty that was) and absolutely ADORED it until my little guy got too heavy in it. I had so many people come up to me and ask what I was wearing (much in part to the beautiful Guatomalan fabric it was made from) that I nearly became a distributer for MayaWrap! One word of caution if you buy a Maya Wrap.. they recalled the newer ones (2001 and early 2002) b/c they were having problems with the new rings ( 1/8 " instead of the original 1/4 " ) coming unwelded. Just be sure to ask the thickness of the rings - I never had a problem with mine, but better safe than sorry! ~*~ Hawke~*~ (who's " little guy " is going to be a year old in 2 weeks!)
