Guest guest
Thanks for the kind words Butch, I learned more about Sai Baba than I knew previously and the political interplay. Guess I won't be asking for any Champaca (Michelia champaca) in my Christmas stocking this year. ;-) ¸..·´¨¨)) -:¦:- ¸.·´ .·´¨¨)) ((¸¸.·´ ...´ -:¦:- Janet -:¦:- -:¦:- ((¸¸.·´*
Guest guest
Hey y'all, Wanna tell you a bit about the above .. I've received two posts in the last couple'a days asking for prices on my Nag Champa EO. Can't give a price cause there is NO SUCH THING IN EXISTANCE .. but I am sure folks can still buy it in lots of places. ;-p Its not an EO .. its an Odor .. an Incense and a Fragrance Oil. Janet makes a great Nag Champa candle .. in fact, the odor is nice. One blend that works sorta well is: 3 parts Vanilla Absolute 3 parts Sandalwood EO 2 parts Rose Geranium EO 2 parts Jasmine Absolute. 2 parts Patchouli EO 2 parts Juniper Berry EO 1 part Cedarwood EO There is a Fragrance Oil called Nag Champa. Its based on a brand of incense from India, " Sai Baba Nag Champa Incense " .. named after a con-artist named Sai Baba (aka Satya Sai Baba), an Indian Guru who runs a Cult and has an international following. Even some Indian Government cats bow down to him and perhaps do other things to him also. Twixt them and the Pakistani Government officials that think Osama bin Laden is hot stuff .. I kinda wish they would go at each other's throats as long as they could keep the collateral damage down and not make any large mushroom clouds. This Sai Baba character performs fake miracles and is notorious for sexual abuse and pedophilia .. with males .. he don't like wimmens. Check out: http://www.salon.com/people/feature/2001/07/25/baba/ and http://www.uni-giessen.de/~gk1415/sai-baba.htm And you can see the High Muckety Guru himself at this URL http://members.aol.com/introsai/ There is .. however, an Absolute made from a Champa flower in India .. its called Champaca (Michelia champaca) .. and it runs around $3,000 a pound. It is commonly (and mistakenly) called Nag Champa. Here's the Incense ... http://www.global-perspectives.com/aroma/nag/ Y'all keep smiling, Butch http://www.AV-AT.com
