Guest guest
I sent this to idma earlier, and am sending it here too! Hi all, I've been trying to get into the NAHA site, but I can't access it. Either everyone and their brother are ALSO trying to check this out, or they've taken the site temporarily down. What I'm trying to find out is if these are NAHA sponsored classes, or if these are paid notices. And in my opinion that would be a big difference. While it would be in very poor judgement and extremely bad taste to accept money for YL announcements ( in MY opinion only), it certainly would be better than having NAHA actually supporting and sponsoring them. After reading the article that Anya and Graham both sent this morning, the latter case would not be surprising. THIS Aromatherapist, by the way, would like to go on record stating she has NEVER used undiluted oils in a client or TAUGHT that such a thing would be acceptable, contrary to what was stated in the article written by the President of NAHA. I would also like to hear from those IN NAHA, to see if the Presidents views of things are accepted and representative of those who inhabit the various chairs of responsibility within the Organization. If they are NOT the shared view, then why is the President still in Power. ALSO! Is ANYONE on this list running for any of the offices this Autumn, and would they care to state what THEIR position on YL is, and just in general what their platform is. I think stating it in a public forum where so much distrust and animosity has been built up towards NAHA might be a way of promoting hope that NAHA MIGHT survive the current regime. It also might help to answer the question " Do we CARE if NAHA survives, or is it time for them to die quietly while another Association take's over " Still Bemused in San Jose Kathleen Petrides Editor: Aromatic Sage, Making Sense of Scents
