Howdy Folks!

I hope everyone is getting ready to have a fabulous weekend! [:)]

It's a real scorcher in my part of Colorado today and one way I am

keeping cool is spraying myself with refrigerated rosemary hydrosol!

AHHHHHHHHHH!

I am also enjoying some San Pelligrino sparkling mineral water with a

little twist of lemon myrtle added!

Yep, yep, I see where lies your confusion!

As I understand it .. San Pelligrino, and for another example Trinity

brand water, have naturally occurring fluoride in their waters ... Not

the stuff added to it that is a by product from the Aluminum industry

like what they put into the tap water [:)]

I know .. carbonation isn't a great additive either .. but gosh I gotta

live a little bit dangerously [;)]

Put it in the fridge and it'll last a good LOOONG time! I have hydrosols

in my fridge that are a few years old that are still fine [:)]
