Guest guest
Hi Michelle (or anyone in the NE area), I was just wondering if you mail-ordered all of your supplies like I do, or if you know of a place in the area where you go and pick them up to save on shipping charges. It adds up after a while, and we all like to keep our costs down! Thanks, Debbie deb http://www.bodyhealthcenter.com Coming Soon http://www.bhcdecadence.com
Guest guest
> Hi Michelle (or anyone in the NE area), I do mail order most things- because even if I drive to pick them up- thats fuel burned and time spent... I do buy herbs from many local growers- check with Northeast Organic Farming Association- lots of good folks growing high quality herbs... as far as other raw materials- beeswax is from a local beekeeper, and my organic olive oil is from Northeast Cooperatives or Assocated Buyers...I buy it in 35 pound containers. Some things I have to have shipped- like my EOs and some other fixed oils....shipping is expensive... Sometimes I order from a few companies that have free shipping if the arder is over a certain amount... Good Luck Michelle
Guest guest
Thanks Michelle, I do belong to Northeast and get some good, cheap stuff from them. I'll check into the organic farming assoc for herbs, though -- what a great tip! You are right about the fuel and time, and I need to consider that when I pay the shipping. Thanks for your help!
