Guest guest
Hi y'all, Yesterday, I told you that the Doc said he'd pull the broken tooth on Wednesday .. after the inflammation had subsided .. and he wanted me to take synthetic antibiotics and I refused. Early last night, I thought I might pull it afore Wednesday cause it was given me three kinds of plupurple hell. But all bad things pass. I started taking Oregano EO .. a couple of drops in a large tablespoon of X-Virgin Olive Oil around 1600 las night. Around midnight or so, I finished two bowls of tomato soup that had a lotta Oregano EO - enough to make a dead man walk.. ;-p Because this was a local infection, I hit the Oregano hard .. and when I took it, I rolled the oregano/olive oil and oregano laced soup around in my mouth .. gave good coverage direct to the source of infection. The problem was I didn't have more than 48 hours to knock the infection or I couldn't get the tooth taken out on Wednesday ... and I wanted it out. Also, I was sorta concerned about allowing a mouth infection to go too long cause of the many blood vessels in the mouth and the potential for it to spread .. like into the bloodstream or even into the heart. By 0300 in the morning, the vise has loosened up on my head and the swelling was down by half or better, pain was down a bit too except behind the eyes .. and I had almost NO fever, though I had a good bit'a fever around 2300 or so. I took another single drop in X-Virgin Olive Oil afore I went to sleep around 0330. Had intended to take more if I woke up with pain sometime during the morning .. but it didn't happen. I woke up at 0830 .. no pain but still some soreness .. no fever, no swelling and no inflammation .. ;-P I had 2 drops of Oregano Oil in a large bowl of lentil soup for lunch today - and it tasted pretty darned good. I'm gonna eat some more of the same soup again in a couple of hours .. with Oregano EO. Bottom line .. in 11 hours (from 1600 to 0300) I was able to do more than I could ever hope to do with a synthetic antibiotic .. and in the 16.5 hours since first taking the oregano till I woke up this morning (1600 - 0830) .. I accomplished more than I could have in many days with synethetic antibiotics .. and without harming my immune system! Some folks reading this post are probably against ingestion of EO - and they're gonna talk about using it under the supervision of a doctor or not at all .. gonna talk about horror stories and such ... but I'll bet a purty they didn't blink an eye when I said I had it in my soup. ;-p Maybe its just a matter of perspective and attitude - huh? Guest guest
Glad to know you are doing much better. Never knew about taking Oregano that way, learn something new everyday, not that I would try it with out knowing a lot more but sounds very interesting. Glad you are feeling better and best wishes.
