Yep it sux! Heck, I found out (after I bought it) that my house not far

from the area that was downwind from a " very small " radioactive cloud

back in the late 50's from a minor accident at Rocky Flats (joy, huh -

my area is " safe " supposedly)! BUT just because we are exposed to one

carcinogen certainly doesn't mean we have to compound the problem with

MORE carcinogenic exposure - in fact, that is even ALL the more reason

to lessen the amount of carcinogens we expose ourselves to

Study: 1950s nuclear fallout worse than thought

 

TAKOMA PARK, Maryland (CNN) -- Radioactive fallout from 1950s

above-ground nuclear weapons testing spread farther than researchers

previously realized and most increased cancer rates in the United

States, according to a scientific report.
