And I make a rosey smelling soap and use the eo in it. " Essential oil of palmarosa has been distilled since the 18th century. Under the name of 'Indian' or 'Turkish geranium oil', it was shipped from Bombay to Constantinople and Bulgaria, where it was used to adulterate rose oil.
