Guest guest
Howdy folks! What are y'all doing now as far as your gardens and houseplants are concerned? For the garden I have been going through seed catalogs and getting ready to start some plants indoors. The houseplants are getting trimmed, cloned, fertilized and repotted .... Spring is on the way *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com
Guest guest
Ha ha, that's a funny one, Chris! I am in the process of throwing away the dead houseplants and shopping for new ones! And, still wondering why my composter won't compost . . . As you can see, my thumb is less than green! But I do have a beautiful perennial garden (with some great herbs!) that I am proud of, and I have plans for taking good care of that this spring! Guest guest
Hi Chris, We're not really sure, but we " think " it is spring here...... The azaleas are confused though......they're blossoming away and they're supposed to be blooming in the fall. (they didn't!) Got our first perennial blossom the other day, a bright yellow some kind (forgot which) of daisy type that Mark picked and had sitting there for me to find. Houseplants? Last time I did that the cats ate them and threw them all up! I was going to bring in a couple things that I'd had in pots outside but they're doing ok.......outside And the little lemon tree's starting to look bright and happy again too.......hibiscus's are starting to grow, jasmine never stopped, weeds grow the best though!!!!!!!!! (normal, huh?) And the geraniums really " are " perenials down here.. back in CT I planted them over again each year, here.. looks like once is enough - will get more of those, they grow bigger in FL too Hugs, Marilyn Chris Ziegler wrote: > Howdy folks! > > What are y'all doing now as far as your gardens and houseplants are > concerned?
