I say, what happened to the movie Peter Pan.

I SWEAR I remember that Tinker Bell was poisoned not blown up, and the only

way to save her was to clap loudly. Did I make that up?

Cheers!

Well now

This is an interesting post

I live just 5 miles from where the author of Peter Pan (J M Barrie) was born and

buried. There is a statue of Peter Pan in the village (small town) square.

Will I take a photo of it next time I'm there and post it on the group?

Where did this question come from I wonder?

Of course we all clapped to wake Tinkerbelle

Regards

Ann - Scotland

Hello Kathleen,

The earliest version of Peter Pan that I remember was a play and starred Mary

Martin as Peter Pan. Tinker Bell was poisoned in that one and children had to

clap and believe in pixies/fairies to keep her from dying. In another version

of Peter Pan (Disney) Tinker Bell is almost blown up. Then there is the newest

version starring Robin Williams, but that's more like a Peter Pan grows up

*grins* and so does Tinker Bell.
