Guest guest
<< Arnica is a wonderful healing herb. Infused for massage, it's great for inflammations, bruising and the like. It's not recommended to be used on broken skin, however - so if any condition of that type is present, don't use it. >> Arnica prevents clotting. This would be an important contraindication in a wound where there is a lot of abrasion, but if there is more bruise than abrasion I use arnica gel with no problem. The brand we use is Boericke and Tafel. No oil stains on clothing. We wouldn't be without it. Take it on trips and outings. And try to remember to apply it on overworked muscles BEFORE they get sore. Usually prevents such soreness altogether. Anyone know how? Shivani
