I'm looking to beef up my herbal library and these were recommended by someone on another list. David Hoffman's the new illustrated hollistic herbal is pretty good on the systems of the body, etc. Skim through it first to make sure you want to buy it. Herbal Defense , cant remember the author , but the title should come up on Amazon, is EXCELLENT on some conditions....they have dividing chapters and its really informative on what they discuss Food, your miracle medicine is wonderful!
