Has anyone heard of these or had any experience with these books? I'm

looking to beef up my herbal library and these were recommended by someone

on another list. Thoughts?

I havent heard of those, sorry. But I do have more recommendations to make.

David Hoffman's the new illustrated hollistic herbal is pretty good on the

systems of the body, etc. Skim through it first to make sure you want to buy

it.

Herbal Defense , cant remember the author , but the title should come up on

Amazon, is EXCELLENT on some conditions....they have dividing chapters and

its really informative on what they discuss

Food, your miracle medicine is wonderful! ANd I would recommend tit to every

person out there! Only 6 dollars and something....Big book

Thanks so much for these recommendations -- I will be sure to check them

out! In case anyone lives near a Vitamin Shoppe, all of their books are 40%

off or more this month -- I got The Fragrant Mind for 9.98!
