About a tablespoon eo to a quart of base. It would then be diluted down to the right thickness with Hydrosol. Do you think there would be any problem with phototoxicity? Thanks for any and all help. I can tell you that when I make one of my body scrubs, there are 75 drops diluted in about 8 oz. of salts and oils and herbs etc., and there isn't a problem. I'm a sicko and I literally tested it, b/c I was nervous. But I think b/c you rinse it that it helps as well. You aren't just putting the oil neat on the skin and going out in the sun.
