Hi everybody:

I know there was a thread on what helps a gal that is pregnant combat morning

sickness some time back. I didn't save any of them since it would be a medical

breakthrough if I would ever become pg. Been there, done that, and don't want

to do it again. Would someone be able to help me out on this? My daughter has

a friend who is having a terrible problem with morning sickness. What comes to

mind is peppermint but I told my daughter I would check to see if that would be

safe before she tries it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Blessings and love,

Effie

Ginger works really well, and also acupuncture. I believe there is a spot

on your wrist (even a bracelet you can buy) that will rub acupuncture points

to relieve the nausea. Wish I could help more, but I'm still trying to

conceive!

This may sound strange, but when I was having that problem I kept a small

can of grapefruit juice on my nightstand. In the morning before I got up I

would eat a soda cracker and sip the juice. It helped a lot. I also drank

ginger tea (infused a root from the grocery store)or raspberry tea during

the day and evening and that helped too.

Not really AT but it might be worth a try.
