Guest guest
He would be a great asset. There are times I would love to ask a pharmacist questions - hope he doesn't mind ;-) Tell him to sign on up. Have a wonderful day. I fell in love with chiropractors when my horse threw me back in the 60's and the chiropractor my stepmother worked for spent the next two hours trying to put all my bones back in place and keep them there. Back then people kinda thought of chiropractors as quacks.Because of his expertise, I was able to walk and dance again as though nothing had happened. I remember his last bit of advice when he finally released me a year later. Keep moving, no matter how it hurts, keep moving. Thanks for turning us on to him Butch, we'll try and make him feel welcome. Deonia PS. I have a big ole pot of white beans & ham hocks cooking right now. wish ya had some. Guest guest
This must be the place and it seems like home already! If Effie, Butch and Chris are here, it must be safe! I have been in NC since the 70's and graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill School of Pharmacy. I was exposed to Essential oils in a pharmacognacy (fancy name for drugs of 'natural origin'). Spent 10 years as a pharmacist doing a stint at Duke University Medical Center and that was fun. The days behind the counter were no fun, whipping out pills for folks that were never getting better. They just took more drugs until they stopped coming in and I read their name in the paper for the last time. 12 hours a day on your feet on a concrete floor is no fun either and will defn. give you a backache. A few chiropractic visits later I decided to persue a career change. " So I loaded up the truck " and moved to Davenport, Iowa. I graduated in '95 and came to Wilmington to hang up my shingle. I piddled with oils over the years until I ran into a company called Young Liars? Guess I can say I am glad I did because it lit up a passion in me like a molotov cocktail (and I'm still burning). These 'little bottles' are a great help to folks who have been discarded by 'modern medicine.' One of the best things that happenned was meeting Butch and discovering his oils. There are none finer and I've tried them all. Butch will deal with you fair and square. When you get a sample you can be sure that the whole bottle will be of that same quality if not better (which is more than I can say about most others) I have a shelf of 'toilet oils' I use to kill fire ants and weeds. Looks like this is a good place where one won't be attacked for his/her beliefs or second guessed on their intentions and slow roasted because of it. I am ready to learn and share and have fun! Besides I like the Valentine for Osama.......{8^{)) Chuck

I've asked someone to join the list who I think can be of assistance in many ways .. he's a good friend, good customer, and fellow ex-GI .. he was a Special Forces Medic in the 'Nam .. Dr. Chuck Woodfield. Chuck is a registered pharmacist and a doctor of chiropractory .. we need a wide range of experienced folks here and they need to be good folks because this is the friendlist list around .. those who have tons of knowledge but noses in the air would not be a great asset - methinks - because nobody here is trying to blow smoke up anybody else's butt .. Again .. thanks for the kind words Miss Deonia .. :-) Butch > > To those of us who are fairly new could someone please give us the > > > > Emryldgea, you'll love him! he's a real live true southern gentleman, he is. > He is a great supplier of the highest grade of aromatherapy oils offered > anywhere today at great prices. Guest guest
Hi Chuck! Welcome to this wonderful group!!! Any friend of Butch's is a friend of ours...he's the GREATEST!! I'm very new at oils and herbs, but my entire family has been in chiropractic treatments since the 1940's, when our family's first DC in Kansas City, MO, saved my older brother's life from rheumatic fever. And, he's lived his life with no medical problems from the rheumatic fever. Medical doctors had given up on him. His son is a DC today, who formerly had practices in Carlsbad, CA and the surrounding area, and now practices in Grand Island, Nebraska...a finer place to raise his two children. I look forward to learning from your vast knowledge in pharmacology and chiropractic!
