Many thanks, Deonia Deonia- I heat it on very low and then apply it to my hair. wrap in saran wrap and leave it while I do other things and then shampoo it out twice. A heavy hot oil treatment. My hair is now below my shoulders and very fine and lots of it. It shines nicely and I no longer get those art knots. Let me know how it works for you.
