Guest guest
I find it really sad when vegetarians get mocked and everything leads back to not eating animals...when we could point out there are omnivores that do strange things to themselves (comparable to micheal jackson's crazy plastic surgery/skin disease/etc etc transformation) and blame it on the fact that they eat the flesh of innocent creatures. How is it, I wonder, that *not* causing death is a negative thing to so many people? Kelly PS~ Chris, I know you were joking and not trying to ridicule or make vegetarians feel uncomfortable here. I'm just sadly looking at the world and not understanding - " James W. Guest guest
Sorry Kelly - I didn't mean to be a bug in your britches today > I find it really sad when vegetarians get mocked and everything leads back > to not eating animals...when we could point out there are omnivores > that do > strange things to themselves (comparable to micheal jackson's crazy > plastic > surgery/skin disease/etc etc transformation) and blame it on the fact that > they eat the flesh of innocent creatures. Make fun of any freaky deaky public personalitites all you want - and lightheartedly blame it on their being omnivores, carnivores, McDonald's addicts, etc .... I love the fact that I can totally make fun of myself AND be made fun of and I don't get uptight about it .. We live longer that way > How is it, I wonder, that *not* > causing death is a negative thing to so many people? Ah, but you killed a potato last time you ate one ;p Unfortunately life must feed on life. Everyone has the freedom and right to make choices about what life they choose to feed on and that is absolutely fine (as long as it isn't cannablistic ) But we all must cause death in one form or another to eat. > > > Kelly > PS~ Chris, I know you were joking and not trying to ridicule or make > vegetarians feel uncomfortable here. I make fun of EVERYTHING .. cause in the end, we're ALL a bunch of goofballs :-D *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com > > >

Guest guest
Chris- >I understand totally! But when it comes to society in general I am like >South Park .. I make fun of EVERYTHING .. cause in the end, we're ALL a >bunch of goofballs :-D I am with you, laugh at it all, p.c. should be the computer on my desk, oh I know it is here somewhere under all these papers. If I took it all seriously, tried to convert or be converted into very " right " way of thinking...I would be died or in the assylum, (oh sorry asylum). When I went home for Christmas, the boys had gone hunting in the state park for deer, why? because the government decided there were too many deer. Auto accidents, people killed, property damage etc. I was taught if you kill it, use all of it, waste nothing. We brought back 2 hind quarters. I have made venison stew etc. I sent some to the university with Dr for him to share. I got a note back from one Dr. saying he felt like he lost his innocence and ate Bambi. All I could do was laugh. I kept thinking of , oh never mind. Just laugh or you will be sick and depressed all your life. Michael Jackson has more situations in his life than I care to deal with, but healthy he does not look. As for me I honor all paths, hope yours works for you, I do the best I can and focus on doing as little harm as one can and be a Hu_man Being.
