But the one about eating for your type is EAT RIGHT F4R YOUR TYPE. Now for an Ayurvedic pt. of view see my friend Amadea Morningstar's AYURVEDIC COOKBOOK. Her 2nd book AYURVEDIC COOKING FOR WESTERNERS is great, too. The first one is more introductory and helps you figure out what your constitutional type is. Both have great recipes, but the recipes in the 1st book are Indian. Both have the same great charts about which foods are balancing/imbalancing for each type. Very complete charts, the best around.
