LI 5 works well in smoking cessation tx, so it may well be a good alternative. Cold or warm, I would still discourage LI 4 e-stim. Anyone out there use it? We'd like to know. I avoid them most. si 3 has given a good results . But most relaxation I have obtained are from SI3 Ub 62 , Liv 3 . Gb 34 and the best point muscle relaxing point of ear acupuncture . regards .
