I have read a lot of Dr. Yang's works. If you have the time and inclination to comment, I would be very interested. Qigong certainly has a very rich history. I guess its strongest attribute is that it is designed to prevent diseases and can be learned by any person who wishes to take care of herself/himself. It is very accessible. In my experiences it works very well with Chinese self-massage.
