phantom limb & wu-wu

Well if we're on the subject of wu-wu :-) This is along the same

lines. I know someone who uses an acupuncture meridian doll and

needles it to either enhance the treatment or treat people who are in

so much pain that they can't be needled. He says it works and that

for the latter case the pain will subside enough that he can then

needle them. It could be done on the leg of the doll corresponding to

the missing limb. In addition to the suggestions others have made so

far I'd also consider giving scalp acupuncture a try.
