Guest guest Posted September 4, 2004 Report Share Posted September 4, 2004 In most states that have acupuncture regulation, people must either get a certain score on the Test for Spoken English (TSE) or Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) to practice, but many grandfathered before this. Some states Political Correctness prevents them from doing this, to the patients detriment.
