As a PS (and final comment) on my criticism of attempted direct

needling of the intestine, take a look at what the enemies of

Can you imagine the glee and gloating in that camp (and the fallout

to the profession by consequent international Web coverage) if ever

a major newspaper, radio- or TV- programme should carry a

headline like this: " Acupuncture death after gut-perforation by 10-

inch needle " .

 

We have a tough enough time to keep our enemies at bay without

THAT kind of publicity!
