Guest guest Posted September 2, 2004 Report Share Posted September 2, 2004 Hi all, This is a study of Bigu ( " eat qi " ) that pretty much dovetails my own experiences. http://www.iiom.net/programwmiarticle.htm During the last 3 momths, I lost 30 pounds by " eating qi " with an increase in energy and also less need for food. I use to eat 3 medium meals a day. Now I eat one medium and one light. There has been no " rebound " effect. My wife shares this qigong practice with me and she has lost 25 pounds in the same timeframe.
