H'llo all.

I was curious if any of you are familiar with, and could offer an opinion on,

any of the TCM programs from Jeffers Software for the Pocket PC? I'm

thinking about investing in some of this software to aid in my studies (I start

at ACCHS next week), but would like to see what others think of these

software programs first. They're somewhat costly, but look pretty good.

Jeffers software also seems to be the only company making TCM software

for the Pocket PC. All of the other programs I've come across are for the

PalmOS.

Their software titles include: tcmFX (TCM formula software), tcmHerbs

(single herbs software), AcuPoints 3.0, tcmDiag (diagnosis software) - which

comes in both standard and professional editions, as well as a somewhat

scaled down student version simply titled Student tcmDiag (which sells for

around $25 US). They also have a simple Point location testing program,

PointLoc 1.0 that is based on CAM, which sells for $10-$15 US. The

other titles range from $70 to $150 US.

Their site is:

Thanks in advance for any insight or help any of you may be able to offer.

Kindest Regards,

Andrea
