Hi all,

I guess none of us will be too surprised. According to the books I am

reading on lifestyles of people who live to be more than 100 in China,

the recipe of good health and long life is amazingly simple:

 

1) breath fresh air (Yang Heaven)

2) eat light meals - especially dinners (Yin Earth)

3) have moderate amount of movement (not exercise) throughout your

life (move the qi)

 

The magic triad of human life. :-)
