TCM- macular scarring

Hi everyone.

 

Just wondering if anything can be done/helped with TCM for this case.

 

Sorry if the information I have is a bit vague but I haven't seen her. I

just spoke to her dad who asked me if there was anything I could do to help.

 

She is 13 years old.

She had apparently a vein at the back of the eye, that wasn't supposed to be

there anatomically and was fragile. This vein burst spontaneously a few

weeks back, and left her with macular scarring.

As a consequence she has lost sight in that eye.

The eye specialist that treated her said that nothing can be done and

surgery would be of no use and might make it worst.

 

I haven't been able to find any research on anything like this; only on

macular degeneration.

 

 

Does anyone think something could be done or has any experience with

something similar?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
