Guest guest
I have a suspected morton's neuroma pt., with the neuroma b/t the 1st & 2nd metatarsals instead of the 3rd & 4th, just distal to Liv. 3. Palpable nodule that creates " zapping " sensation upon palpation. Pt. describes herself as extremely relaxed, not under stress, but had a total hysterectomy 15 yrs ago, 3 yrs before onset of neuroma. So blood stagnation in Liv. channel is a likely suspect. Question: anyone treat this before? I am debating whether to needle the neuroma directly. So far (two tx. with no results yet), I have needled Liv 3, SP 3, K3, Chong Mai (opposite foot), and today (3rd Tx) I threw in KD 1. No electricity, but TDP lamp on neuroma area.
