I want to make a quick comment on the " Coca Cola " discussion. I'm sure the

cola nut has some great medicinal properties, but I highly doubt that the

processed cola drink can truly be placed in the " good for you " category.

What this reminds me of is a tobacco issue. Tobacco has some medicinal uses

in Native American traditions, but can we truly say that " smoking is good

for us " ? I don't think so, but it was actually thought so as I discovered

in some old Tobacco ads which made such comments as " Don't know which

cigarette is the best for you, ASK YOUR DOCTOR WHICH CIGARETTE HE SMOKES - 9

out of 10 doctors who smoke smoke Camels... " and " If you have a cold but no

sore throat you should smoke our regulars; if you have the flu and a sore

throat, the menthols would be your choice.... " Seriously, there were about

20 different ads that read this way.

 

By the way, I know that my log-name reads " advancedmaster " please do not

take that as something I believe myself to be, as I kept trying to get a

" log on " name, kept telling me " that was already taken " finally, it

suggested advancedmaster, so I took it just to open an account.
