Most of us get what we need in terms of the vitamin from foods such as eggs, milks and breakfast cereals but as our bodies cannot store it we need to eat it every day. The researchers found no ill-effects of the vitamin being used in migraine treatment. If not, then the soy contains a lot of phytic acid, which acts as a chelator to draw minerals and vitamins OUT of the body. It's bad stuff.
