Guest guest
Once in a while you see a quality in a student that is a little unique, reminiscent of the old integrated spirit view. Unconcerned for the moment about how to build the practice. And all the background is there the fruit of the philosophy. The realizations that lead to faith, the countless hours of private reading, meditating and some inspired understanding that shows in how they approach the present moment. Often, in thier past is an experience of a relatively mystical nature that allows a broad view of the dreams, ambitions, and destructive propelled strivings of the patient and thier world, seeing it as just necesary child play. In the long ago, as in these days playing, learning eventually finding the parts are as sacred as the whole and indivisible from it. And beyond compassion they leave themselves behind, seeing the world/universe in thier patient and clinic, wherever it may be, and the patient's automatic harmonious response. A student that in time will be a gifted needler. Such a heart has a hard road sometimes, with only the blessing and burden of a vaporous but real truth to sustain the continuity of thier vision. Because what the world screams to be important yesterday is often forgotten tomorrow. But for now they are more free, more free to empathize with the suffering, and act in that communion. You can see they are gifted, altho they are somewhat blind to their ability for a while, and ask themselves; Does anyone else see/know this? It is hard to say yes about something existing moving beyond words. Their shen is housed in thier heart, not a prisoner of it. Thier soul flying out like the bird of fire an always open window, or a gentle bell struck and echoing out through a sleeping valley, like a playful, cheerful dolphin. And often patients respond to the movements within themselves, turn the corner spirits return to thier place made more whole.
