Help!- Referral for Acupuncture Anesthesia?

I am seeking any information out there for a referral for Acupuncture

Anesthesia. I have a woman who needs to have surgery but cannot undergo

anesthesia. She lives in the DC metro area but is willing to travel. She has

been

seeking an Acupuncturist who can do anesthesia for a while now with no luck.

Her

surgeon is willing to work with the acupuncturist.
