The real healing lies in LESS SELF CONCERN not more. And, this perspective is firmly rooted in the Daoist cannon that made the point that the purpose of practice was to become free of the five element cycle (conditioned thought, feeling, and weather) and NOT to go more deeply into it.-There is no cynicism whatsoever in my post, just 20 years of watching people " work things out in therapy " -From an absolute perspective process is irrelevant to meaningful change, now.
