Guest guest
Hi all, I have been asked to do a sort of leaflet and presentation to put in the Oncology Hospital here (Bristol, UK), on how or what aspect can acupuncture (mainly) support cancer treatments, or more often, can help with the side effects mainly of chemiotherapy and radiotherapy. The oncology department has become quite a lot aware that a very high percentage of their cancer patient seek alternative/complementary treatment at some point, and specifically acupuncture. Often mainly for chemiotherapy induced nausea and pain. Do any of you have any experience with any of this? recommendations? Some practitioners I have talked to said they would be worried to interfere on a energetic level. What do you think about this? Also G. Macciocia has a range of herbal formula in tablet's form called chemio-support and radio-support. Do any of you has any experience with this?
