More: if you have needles or other medical instruments control CE label: if is C E, instead of CE, it could mean " China Export " ! I've noticed that most of the ones in China do not have the CE mark (European Safety mark). My understanding is that if you use a machine that does not have a CE mark then if you injury a patient using the machine, your insurance won't cover for it as the machine you used is illegal.
