Child dies after TCM Tx v after WM Tx

According to the law, the Acupuncturist would be brought up and

convicted. That is the law as far as I know.

Tragic, I know.

This is exactly the reason we get to expose fraudulent western treatments

and make " alternative " treatments a real possibility according to the law.

If during the attempt to review the case, a detailed analysis of each

practitioners' methods and protocols were peer examined, there may have been no

fraud or incompetence found. But case analyses like this, with the openness and

depth, and suppossedly high regard for truth such as in a high stakes litigation

hearings, is maybe what would help equalize public appreciation for the depth

and broad historical respect the TCM system earned over the centuries.

If however, the cause of the cancer was found to be part of a demographic

cluster of illness, due to exposure to chemical or energy industry products or

activity, as it is more and more the situation with children and animals who

play in that stuff, then the multinationals would just tell them all to sod off.
