Guest guest
True - this is ongoing, I have also lectured for the UC Irvine group. However, if it is to be part of the core curriculum, that is a different issue. Emperor's College has first and second year Introduction to Clinical Medicine (ICM) learners from USC regularly taking rotations through the college clinic; it is one of the most popular rotations. UCLA ICM students also have the option of a rotation at the clinic. There are other ways we encourage East-West collaboration from research with major Universities and hospitals to placing our own learners in those settings. Whether our learners want to work in collaborative settings or not they must have the opportunity to get familiarity with the players and share the same language in order to play in the game if they wish.
