I know general things to do, but if you have specifics let me know. 1. Dupuytren's Contracture - fascial buildup causing palmar contracture that effects the 4th and 5th fingers. 2. Acute onset of Ankylosing Spondylitis - patient age 28, onset quite acute 1 yr ago in the S-I and pubic symphysis area, now moved into the thoracic and shoulders as well. . 3. Ptopsis of the eyelid - age 11. Congenital - DX underdeveloped optic nerve (cranial III) with amblyopic eye and divergent strabismus. Surgurical intervention is being suggested to correct as much as possible cosmetically. Condition has not worsened. Any specifics on the above from past experience in your practice concerning these conditions would be helpful.
