Hi Attlio,

This isn't a problem with the Docs, It is a problem with policy. I also

know many real nice Docs. I have no problem with them. They were brain

washed with the rest of society so they think drugs are the way to go.

Or maybe they don't think drugs are the way to go, but they owe 100k in

student loans and need to support house and family and don't want t risk their

license.

The policy of drugs which cost so much to approve as the primary issue

for chronic disease control is criminal. They are the third killer in the

states.

Think about that. The third killer. So, in an attempt to limit disease,

these drugs are killing more people than all but two diseases.

How on earth can this be the policy of a reasonable Gov.??? It can't.

Once people wake up to this fact, policy will change. It is going to take the

masses demanding free access to cheap, healthy ways of changing their

biochemistry. That is where we help.

Think of the money our society throws at drug therapy. Just in primary

drug therapy costs. It is huge. Consider the secondary illness, loss of work

and additional drugs needed to control side effects, and it gets staggering.

Want more money for schools, to feed the poor, job programs. This is a

great way to free up huge sums of government money. What do you think is going

to happen as money strapped municipalities realize they can save billions of

dollars by recommending safe and healthy alternatives to drugs???? They will

start looking for way to make this happen. Bills will be sponsored.

Lets help move the primary health care away from drugs into healthy

alternatives.

As more people actually accept the fact that the current medical model is

profit motivated and that they increase profits by supplying people with

drugs that make them sick, things will change. But we need to speak.

I know most who read this acknowledge this fundamental truth, but can't

imagine that we can change the course of this huge industry. But we can.

It starts with educating people to the horrors of today's drug programs,

and the very real alternatives available to control symptoms.

Don't bash the western Docs. Most of them are real nice and having

troubles themselves. Educate on the poor policy of using drugs to control

chronic

disease.

It will free us, and the people around us.

I agree with Deb. It's no good attacking the whole field of WM. There not

all bad, money grabbing power freaks. There's a few of those in the TCM

field, that's for sure. It's all swings and roundabouts.

We need to have a balanced outlook towards our position with WM. We need to

educate them aswell as the public and politicians as to what we can do

aswell as improve our understanding of WM so we can argue our case for more

inclusion in primary healthcare. As a start some of us can lobby our

politicians, others can write to mainstream magazines and newspapers

pointing out what we can treat whilst others can advise MDs of our role in

the healthcare system other than lower back pain!

To summarise we need to fight aswell as work with those in WM, like a push

and pull system of workmanship until we're accepted.

Kind regards

Attilio
